FAQ Section

Do you take insurance?

  • InTouch Relationship Counseling is a private pay institution. This means that we do not accept insurance nor do we fill out any third-party forms on behalf of the client as we would like to maintain your privacy in your counseling experience. Our receipts and documents do not include any diagnoses information other than date of services rendered.

How do I book a session?

  • Feel free to fill out the contact us form at the bottom of the website, email me at sloane@intouchrelationshipcounseling.com, or call 713-487-5877 to schedule your session. If you get our voicemail services, please leave a voicemail with your phone number and email address to be reached within 24 hours.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

  • We do offer in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate our clients' scheduling needs. While we do prefer the ability of in-person appointments to allow our clients to step out of their lives into a quiet, calm space, we completely understand that not everyone has the time to commute to their local therapy office for every session.

What is your rescheduling policy?

  • We have a 24-hour rescheduling policy here at InTouch Relationship Counseling. Please notify us via voicemail or email correspondence 24 hours before your next session if you will be unable to attend. If no attempt is made to notify us/ no one attends the session booked, the card on file will be charged for the entirety of the session charge.
